B3 Physical Therapy is an out-of-network provider. This means that treatment types are not dictated by an insurance company and that there is no waiting for pre-authorization to start care.<\/p>\n

I can provide you with a superbill for my services, which will allow you to bill your insurance company yourself. I also accept Health Saving Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.<\/p>\n

The current cost per visit is $150 for the North Puget Sound and Eastside. I regularly provide sliding scale care to people with Medicaid (Molina, Apple Health, Coordinated Care). If you are interested in sliding scale or flexible payment plans, please ask!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tWhat is your service area for home visits?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Home visits are available in the greater Puget Sound region, north to Marysville, south to Renton, East to Bremerton, and West to North Bend. If you have a unique situation that requires further travel, such as Whidbey Island or the San Juan Islands, please reach out<\/a> to see what we can arrange.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tWhat should I expect?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

First, I will ask you about your goals for physical therapy. Then, we will discuss how long your symptoms have been going on and what’s been tried to alleviate them.<\/p>\n

For in-person<\/em> visits, I perform a physical examination to look for underlying causes of dysfunction. Treatment may include exercise instruction, hands-on techniques, or education on overcoming your issue.<\/p>\n

For phone\/video<\/em> visits, I focus primarily on education and exercise prescription.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tHow many visits will I need?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t

I will give you an estimate of the expected number of visits at the end of your free consultation, based on the symptoms you describe. Most people reach their goals in 4 to 6 visits. B3 PT does not operate like many physical therapy chains, encouraging as many visits as possible to boost revenues.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tWhat should I wear?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tExpand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t
